Every week, you’ll be sent an email with the week’s workbook for you to download and dive into.

In order to maximize your results from this program, here are some expectations and suggested recommendations while you’re participating in this incubator:
Before each scheduled call, please complete the associated workbook and/or read the associated documents for each week. This is important for us to maximize our time together during our call.
If you’re behind on your workbook or have a scheduling conflict, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to reschedule our call.
Arrive prepared for each call with pen and paper / a laptop to take notes.
I will respond to any emails or messages that you send me within 24 hours on weekdays. I strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance, so I will rarely respond to messages on weekends or holidays.
If you are ever unhappy about our work together or are confused about anything I sent you, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. It’s my job to make sure that the work you’ve hired me to do is exactly what you’re looking for (but for the most part, I am going to try to exceed your expectations).
Course Materials & Calls
Over the next few weeks, you’ll have workbooks dropped in your Google folder on the following topics: target market refinement, products and services for your market, marketing and sales plan, your brand’s website & online ecosystem, pricing and financial projections, operational plan and systems setup, and goal setting and planning.
Please review each workbook that you receive in your Google folder — you have an option to print out the workbook and handwrite your answers, or use the Google document file provided to you to record your answers. Prior to our calls together, please share your workbooks answers with me atleast 2 days in advance so that I can provide maximum feedback during our calls.
All of our calls will take place over Zoom so that I can provide recordings to you of our call.
